In 2022, we began the development of the new equestrian complex for Utopia Equestrian Estate. Together with Beukenbouw, we worked out the entire structural phase — primarily in-house — from the first sketch through to execution. In 2023, the storage facility was constructed first, allowing materials to be stored safely and dry during the remainder of the building process.

After completing the structural phase, the main building was realized. The complex features a unique and high-quality finish: concrete walls with a rock texture, cladding that aligns perfectly with the color of the Utopia logo, and a terrace in the same style, creating a harmonious appearance. The generous roof overhangs give the building a modern and distinctive look.

The equestrian complex is fully equipped and includes, among other things:

• 62 stalls and 3 group stables

• More than 40 stable windows

• Professional wash areas

• High-quality hinged and sliding doors

• Four walker and lunging circles
   

Utopia also features a broodmare and young stock barn, a horse gym, and a spacious indoor arena measuring 35 x 60 meters, which can be fully overseen from the canteen with its elegant rounded corner. Additionally, several comfortable apartments have been built on-site.

The outdoor area is generously laid out, with beautiful landscaping and a large wadi for rainwater collection, ensuring a sustainable and future-proof environment.
