Description: PMC Projects has realized a complete new horse farm for Willemijn Poels and Carlos Pinto of Milestone Farm in Tienray the Netherlands. The complete construction of this property has been adopted by PMC Projects. The complex comprises an indoor arena of 30 x 60 m, a covered horse walker, 40 horse boxes, 8 apartments and a living room with a reception area for the customers. The nice thing about this reception area is that it has been realized on the 1st floor, where you have a good view over the outside and inside arena. In this project it was decided to construct the facades with concrete panels with real brick slips. By applying this, no bricklayer was required on the construction site and the construction time has been considerably shortened. Accoya wood was chosen for the finishing of the steel columns. The wood gives a lot of expression to the facades. The steel construction is painted in the RAL 9010 color, which gives a nice, light appearance.
