Description: PMC Projects has realized a new riding hall for the Heijligers family in Asten. This project included a new competition arena / riding hall and a new entrance. PMC supplied and mounted the steel structure, roof and wall cladding and skylights for the riding hall. In this project it was above all a challenge to make a sound connection with the existing buildings. A lot of improvisation was needed for this. What is great about this project is that a perforated profile plate has been chosen for the roof. Flute-fill was used for the insulation on top of which an Eco roof panel is mounted. This to make sure the roof cladding would contribute to the acoustics of the arena. By this construction the sound is absorbed and the hall remains very quiet at any circumstance.
